Great effort
I think this is a great effort and vision but one of the bigger issues that needs to be resolved is how do you handle the back end billing, roaming issues. Example, if I am on a Verizon cellular/EVDO network and I have assess to a WiFi hotspot sponsored buy TMobile how will the handoff work but moreso what about the billing?
I think the vendors and carriers have a long way to go here.
