Survey Says Windows Mobile Tops

By SmartPhoneToday Staff
April 24, 2007

Last week, Pocket PC Wire held a survey that asked the following question: What OS will your next PDA have installed on it? The results are now in.

Over 620 people participated with the following results:

  •  Windows Mobile 6: 44%
  •  Palm OS: 22%
  •  Symbian: 11%
  •  BlackBerry: 10%
  •  Other: 12%

PDAStreet/SmartPhoneToday readers, let us know what you think of these findings in the User Opinions section below. Also, what OS will your next smartphone or handheld run on and why are you choosing it over another platform, perhaps even the one your current device uses? Do you have a specific device in mind?

(Pocket PC Wire is owned by the same company, Jupitermedia, as this Web site.)
