The myriad of distribution strategies for the upcoming Beijing Summer Olympics will include access via mobile phones from more than one carrier.

AT&T users, fire up your devices anytime during the games because your carrier has an exclusive contract with NBC to provide 24/7 live coverage. The channel, NBC Olympics 2Go, will launch on August 8, when the games begin.

Verizon also will offer Olympics coverage to its mobile TV customers, but it will be limited to daily highlights, scores, updates and other content that is not live.

If you're looking for Olympic content and have a different carrier, an option is to access Yahoo's mobile Olympics channel. From the main page, m.yahoo.com, select 2008 Olympics coverage.
