Before you buy your next mobile handset, you might want to see what upgrade you can score for free. Let's Talk has a laundry list of phones, including smartphones, available for nothing, some with and some without rebate requirements.

The variety is impressive:

AT&T models available for free include the Moto Q9h, the BlackBerry Curve 8910 and the Motorazr2 V9. For Sprint/Nextel choose from among the LG Rumor, Samsung SPH-M520, or Palm Centro Pink among others.

T-Mobile's offerings include the Nokia 5310 XpressMusic (orange or purple), the Moto W490 Heather Grape and the Samsung SGH-t229 Red.

Verizon Wireless hardware can also be "bought" here for free, including the Moto W755 Black Slate, the Palm Centro and the Samsung Juke.

When you select a phone, you'll be prompted to enter your zip code so the site can check whether the one you want is available where you are. Then you can shop around the different plans to see which one works for you.

Do note that if you're an existing customer of the carrier whose phone you're purchasing, you should click on the appropriate link for more information.
