Agreed Mobile sync is worthless
I can relate to this story: I have been on Linux for five years and syncing my PDA for four years. I'm one of those (silly) people who have spent weeks compiling, testing and re-compiling... Some of this time it has worked, some of the time it hasn't. Too bad my old PDA has no OTA capability.
Currently things are broken again. My choice: dump Linux or dump the PDA. It has now got to the point I am dumping the PDA. The first PDA company that provides decent linux support can consider me their customer. Until then, it's (grudgingly) back to paper.
