No future in features
My Blackberry 7230 has a T-Zone feature and E-mail features. The T-Zone features have never worked and the e-mail feature which had total functionality now cannot send e-mails, though it can receive them. Both Blackberrry and T-Mobile have been unable to solve this problem. I have done everything both compamies have asked of me and still no resolution to the problem. I have asked for either a credit for my purchase or an exchange for a new Blackberry. Neither party, T-Mobile, where I bought the Blacberry, or Blackberry itself, will rectify this problem. What should I do?

Blackberry could be good but is Unrealised
My company has just bought a whole lot of Blackberry 7230's. Initially I was very impressed with the Blackberry. Instant email and calendar are excellent. Lately my opinion has changed. There is only one in car kit for these and it is a best CR*P(poor quality) No one anywhere has a decent one. I am also curious that the previous models had Mobivoice which seems like a great application and by all accounts works well but is not supported or a similar software release for the 7230 ???? NOT HAPPY RIM.

good for what it is made for
i bought my blackberry t-mobile on the internet from www.1st-in-blackberry.com and it is doing exactly what he told me that it is going to. i regret the fact that it doesnt give u the comfort of touch screen but i knoew that before and it definitly does the job for email plus all the other stuff i used to do with palm i do with this device now, again i miss the touch screen plus the note pad that i used alot with my palm m515. i rarely turn on my palm m515 now.

Best purchase I've made this year!
Point taken about the screen, although I've generally found it's ok... backlight's a bit naff though.Where it excels for me is the push-email system: brilliant, I can route all my various home and business account thru it & never miss an email. The PIM features are fine, easy to use, clear and uncluttered. I'm not really using it as a 'phone, as I think it would be difficult to use regularly for this, but everything else is great!

Poor view
I just got my 7230 yesterday and I'm returning it today. Although I love the features, the screen is impossible to read. The backlit is horrible.

A mixed Review
for the most part i have liked my blackberry 7230. i have had it for 3 weeks now and for a PIM it is pretty good. i love the fact that i can get my emails and look at attachments right there, but it would be nice if i could see the dang screen to read the emails. i find the phone feature of it a bit cumbersom and not very user friendly. and the lack of app's that i have been able to find for the BB7230 has really disappointed me also, and the fact that most of what you do find they charge an arm and a leg for. does anyone know were i can find the sdk for this black berry.

Great piece of kit
Just received my new Blackberry 7730 and I am VERY impressed. No, that was not a typo I have the 7730 which is the big brother of the 7230 with a bigger screen and more PDA like looks than the mobile looks of the 7230. The screen on the 7730 is huge especially as the high definition display is really clear and crisp. The built in moblie phone works flawlessly as does email, calendar etc. Attachments are even better now with the colour screen and the HTML browser is a God send. I have nothing negative to say about the 7730 maybe apart from the back button on the right side of the unit is difficult to press with one hand. Other than that is is a very useful device as I travel throughout Europe and to top it off, it comes with a great version of the Super Breakout game - BrickBreaker.

bb7023
Once again other very good marketing , what can I say about BB7032 No infer red functionality , very poor light , I would say the track roller as a limited life span as it's the only way to Navigate around the phone, wireless seem to work until you have a low battery live and then the wireless auto switches off. Limited profile options.
