This games sucks
Whoever wrote this half-ass program should be shot in the head. This is why the U.S. has so many problems because we have so many wanta bees forking crap up. Its a total wash-out. I was so enraged about the aweful f&*ked up game that I took my blackberry and ran it over with my car...!!!

Here are the nice things to include in the game:

1. Its hard to use the scroll as the trigger and control movement.

Proposed Solution: Have two keys as the left and right control movement. For example, set "Z” key as left, and M key as right movement (can be continuous). Then make the spacebar the trigger. This way, the user uses both thumbs instead of the track wheel.

2. The missiles that hit the aliens are too slow.

3. I don’t know how many times I’ve been hit.

Proposed Solution: Add an indicator.

4. It does not work on Blackberry 6710.

It's great?
Mine works great. Truth is, I said "4" as a rating because I suck at the game.
Kills time just great when I'm bored to tears...AND since it's on my PDA I can keep a serious expression on my face and people won't bother me because they think I'm actually busy.

Used applicatin loader which looks for the 'ali' file but blckberry does not accept it. Using 3.2 blackberry software

Garbage
Why release an unfinished game? Can't shoot. It resets my BB. Patrick has some fascination with making his games all controlled by the wheel. Why? I'd prefer to use the key + wheel. Releasing unfinished buggy games is no way to get 'hired', Patrick.

Haven't seen that bug
I haven't seen the checkmail icon bug. If anyone else has seen it please post or e-mail me at patrick@hirepatrick.com. I just loaded on my pager and couldn't reproduce it.
