Tracking blood sugar
Would be great if in addition to other parameters one could input blood sugar and chart changes. Could indicate what time of day it was tested, and differentiate the charting by time of day.

Annoying Bug
There's an annoying bug in the diet tracking part of this that prevents me from entering at least 25% of the foods in the database. (I will call up a food from the database, and when I try to save it, it'll give me the error message "you cannot enter foods more than 5000 calories," but the food is only a few hundred calories!) On the trial version I've been forced to work around this by finding similar items, but it's incredibly annoying. I emailed the company to tell them about this bug and ask if there was a fix available, but they never responded. Hence an otherwise very useful piece of software is NOT something I would pay $30 for, because I find this bug limits my ability to accurately track my diet!

Most Excellent
Great software. I travel alot and dont want to get my laptop out all the time to track what I am eating. This software works great. The only thing is that I question its calorie basis versus height/weight for losing weight.

Been using it for 2 weeks, I recommend it!
Total Fitness is probably the most comprehensive fitness application I've run across. It allows me to set my weight loss goal and select a diet plan. I can enter each meal and keep track of the calories that I consume during the day. It has a food database of thousands of food. By entering my workouts into the program, I can see how many calories I've burned. It is perfect for keeping track of my weight training routine. The customer support is excellent, with response times less than few hours. I love this program and use it every day.
